I would subscribe to each blog that I visited and put it in that folder. Because I don't plan to stay subscribed to most of the blogs from the Readathon that allowed me unsubscribe enmass and also to keep track of the blogs I visited and their updates during the course of the day. I'm sure someone has a better system but that is the one that worked for me yesterday.
