I thought it was a mystery at first, but as I continue reading, I'm realizing it's actually not. It's more like a psychological study and the character Alvar Eide is...OMG...I just want to slap some sense into him. (I don't want to say much more because it would be a spoiler.) And the blond drug addicted girl, I seriously want to jump in the book and smack her around a little bit, too. I've tried feeling sorry for her, but I can't. I really can't.
