I honestly like Tuck Everlasting’s version of immortality better than Twilight’s or any of the other vampire books because I’ve always thought that being immortal would be a long and lonely road, instead of one huge blood-sucking party.

I, thank goodness, read the book before I decided to watch the movie. The movie adaptation was quite different from the book and if I had to choose between the two, I’d choose the book. The movie was good, yes, but the book had an essence to it that the movie simply didn’t (and probably couldn’t) capture. I’d recommend taking the time to finish the book.

I just reviewed this book the other day, too. It is one of my all time favorite movies and I saw the movie before I read the book. I loved both of them, though the movie was a tad different from the book.

Winnie is older in the movie. Which I liked better. Thank you for the great review!
